Description: This one is a blend of three late-season 2009 fermentations, and the last of our first fermentation of 2008. The 2008 portion contains a lot Somerset Redstreak, one of the fruitier, softer bittersweets. The rest of the blend is strong to Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Esopus Spitzenberg, Golden Russet, and Wickson. Bright acid, soft tannins, and lots of nice peach, melon, citrus, tropics, and body. We’re pretty sure this is a good one.
