Description: The Unicorn may be a creature of legend, but don’t let your eyes fool you, El Unicornio is the real deal. Born of the desire to create a unique winter warmer, we took on the challenge to coax the spicy and roasted profile of a Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout into a golden-colored beer. We added cinnamon and peppers to a base of pale ale and pilsner malts, then steeped more peppers along with cacao nibs and whole coffee beans in the brite tank. The result is something you just have to see and taste to believe!
