Right off the bat you will get moderate biscuit aromas and hints of fresh baked bread, then comes the onslaught of hops. Paying homage to the IPAs we grew up on, big notes of pine and cannabis dominate the front palate, followed by a new school complex grape-like hop induced flavor. Subtle hints of burnt toffee and cocoa waft through the mid-palate, finally succumbing to the ripe berry finish courtesy of the Equinox hops. Old meets new, hops meet malt.
