Description: There are few things more American than explosions and breakfast for dinner; we applied that old adage that we just made up to create our newest in our Imperial Ale series, Doomsday Machine Big French Toast Porter. The original base beer is a massive Porter that comes loaded with an extremely doughy and toasty malt character with a blast of dark cocoa. An assertive hop bitterness fires off rounds at the residual sweetness to balance out the mother of all Porters before it is left to rest on maple syrup and vanilla beans. The resulting beer is the epitome of gluttony; huge in size and alcohol, bittersweet and drenched in brunch, Doomsday Machine Big French Toast Porter is designed to explode on the palate and leave nothing behind other than syrup on its plate.
