Description: Dear Saint Series, it's been a while since we've talked. When we first met, we hit it off so well. Everyone was a fan of us together; my mom even called just to tell me how much she enjoyed you being around. I'm writing to ask if you'll come back; we've got a couple of newlywed friends (Rob & Tania), and I had an idea for a beer for them. I was thinking all Canadian Pilsner malt to give it a dry and grainy flavor profile that is clean and stays out of the way of... ...wait for it... ...an all Amarillo hop-bill, giving it big notes of ruby red grapefruit, pink starburst, watermelon rind, and hints of freshly juiced peaches. Since it's such a special event, we'll ferment it with Vermont Ale Yeast for all of its fruity and juicy hop esters, creamy residual body, and ability to turn hop bombs into juice bombs and hopefully Saint Monroe into straight-up citrusy fruit juice. This is a beer I've wanted to make for ages, and hopefully, Rob and Tania love it as much as we love the support and friendship they have given us since the day we met them. We will be waiting to hear back; I miss you.
