Description: Elderberry Wild Ale | Walker’s Cuvee #3 is our first foray into a wild foraged beer. For this creation, we hit the local hills to forage for the native Sambucus canadensis known commonly as American Black Elderberry. This beer also encompasses a blend of beer ranging from 36-48 months in age, all adding their unique twist to the finish. Notes of strawberry jam, fennel, eucalyptus & vanilla can be found intertwined into the flavor and aroma of this complex beer.
