Description: Ale Fermented in Oak A Hex Against the World is a blend of mixed culture beer fermented and aged in barrels and refermented on apriums. The 2020 harvest blend includes a saison brewed with wheat and oats and fermented in acacia and a spelt saison fermented in oak. This blend was refermented on 'Candy Cot' apriums grown in Selah, Washington by Collins Family Orchard. Collins Family is a fourth generation farm which has been in operation for over 100 years in the Yakima Valley. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with gyle.
