Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Dwellers by the Waysides is a spelt saison with yarrow flowers. The 2021 iteration is a blend of saisons brewed with raw and malted spelt and malted barley. The beers were open and barrel fermented and aged until ready. The blend was macerated with yarrow harvested from a valley in the Cascade Mountains. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with organic cane sugar. Bottled 06/22/2021
