Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Endless Spheres is a blend of spelt saison fermented in oak and macerated on citrus and Calendula flowers. The 2021-2022 harvest blend was created from a blend of saison brewed in 2020, spelt beer brewed with organic Calendula flowers from Methow Medicinal Herb Farm in Spring 2021, and young spelt saison brewed in late Summer 2021. The blend was macerated on additional Calendula flowers as well as Seville and Cara Cara oranges. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw honey from Cougar Canyon Apiary, harvested in Chiliwist 09/25/21. Bottled 09/15/2022
