Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Fallow in Light is a blend of spelt saisons fermented and aged in oak and refermented on peaches. This 2019 / 2020 harvest beer was created from a blend of aged mixed culture beers brewed with spelt and refermented on organic 'Blushing Star' peaches grown in Bridgeport, Washington during both the 2019 and 2020 harvests at RAMA Farm. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington Wildflower and Star Thistle honey. Bottled 01/19/2021
