Description: Ale Fermented in Oak In the Meadows is a blend of wheat saison. The 2021 blend was created from A blend of two distinct beers. The first was brewed with wheat and spelt, hopped with flower grown in Germany and New Zealand, open fermented and matured in neutral oak. The other was brewed with wheat and oats, hopped with flower from Washington, Austria, and New Zealond, and fermented and aged in an oak tank. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington Wildflower honey harvested in Moses Lake. Bottled 07/02/2021
