Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Incantation is a blend of mature barrel aged saisons refermented on stone fruit and berries. The 2019 harvest blend was created from spelt, wheat, and barley saisons fermented in neutral oak as well as barrels which previously held Captive Spirits' Big Gin. These beers were refermented on organic Balaton and Montmorency cherries from Michael Simon in Okanogan, Washington and with Loganberries from Graysmarsh Farm in Sequim, Washington. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington wildflower honey. Bottled 07/16/2020
