Description: This beer was created with a blend of young wheat saison primary fermented on second use apriums and peaches that were used in the making of 2020 A Hex Against the World and 2020 Fallow in Light. The saison wort fermented and aged on the fruits in tanks before being blended with an oak fermented spelt saison and dry hopped. The fruit in this beer includes Candy Cot apriums grown by Collins Family Orchards in Selah, WA. as well as organic Blushing Star peaches from Rama in Bridgeport, WA. Refermented to condition in the bottle with honey. Bottled 04/01/2021
