Description: In Scene Two, we blended stout from the same maple bourbon barrels from Scene One, with stout from our favorite port barrels. The combination provides flavors of sherry as well as those chocolate-covered cordial cherries that always pop up during the holidays. Then, we aged the sum on top of smoked Madagascar vanilla beans and Vietnamese Cinnamon, adding a touch of spice and enhancing the bourbon character.
