Description: This is our blend of sour red ale and spontaneous lambic style ale aged on Minnesota red raspberries and Minnesota grown Hungarian cherries. Resting in the bottle for 9 months this sour ale has low level of carbonation and bright assertive acidic tones which compliment the juicy cherry and ripe raspberry layers. An ale nearly 3 years in the making we are happy to finally get it in your hands.
