Description: Pastry Lace is a 3-way barrel blended collaboration with our friends from Pulpit Rock and Barrel Theory. Small format barrels from our friends at Rock Filter Distillery held our batch 500 stout. These barrels were blended with our Barrel Theory collaboration in Willet Distillery barrels . We then blended with our Pulpit Rock collaboration that sat in Few Spirit rye barrels. We conditioned the blend on vanilla beans from Mexico, Madagascar and Tahiti, cocoa nibs from Peru, Ghana and Ecuador, and finally toasted coconut, roasted pecans and cayenne pepper.
