Description: COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This saison is brewed with a significant amount of local alfalfa honey, producing delicate floral notes, a soft honey sweetness and a dry finish. A short time aging in oak wine barrels adds layers of complexity. 100% brettanomyces fermentation. Editor’s Note: Bottled versions of this beer as well as draft version at GABF were barrel aged. Recent 2014 kegs at the brewery are not barrel aged.
