Description: The Untamed Turkey, bold assertive and a little bit different, inspired by our pet turkey “Dustan” who died some years ago. Like Dustan our double IPA displays a rich golden head, generous body and colours of burgundy, red and brown. A big solid bird… sorry beer of, intense malt flavours, toffee, caramel, sweet biscuit and rum soaked apricot. Finely balanced with spicy peppery hops of both the old and new world. ABV 7.5%
