Description: This beer is a collaboration between FCB and Black Bottle Brewery. This inspiration for this beer was to create an easy drinking wheat beer that blends American and German wheat beer styles. German crystal malts were blended with domestic wheat and base malt creating a simple but hearty malt backbone. We then used American Columbus hops for bittering and German Hull Melon hops late in the boil and in the dry hop. The combination of the citrusy and dank Columbus hops, and the notes of strawberry and melon from the Hull Melon, create a uniquely hopped but approachable wheat ale.
