Description: Within 24 hours of the late summer harvest, over a ton of wet Citra hops from Perrault Farms were transported, delivered, and packaged into the brew tanks at Fort George. Fresh means bold and unblemished hop oils, the essence of the Pacific Northwest sealed into every can. But drink it quickly! Fresh IPA is brewed to be enjoyed as soon as possible. From farm, to brewery, to your pint glass within a fortnight. Perrault Farms is a partner of Select Botanicals Group and Hop Breeding Company, working diligently in hop research to develop new and distinct hop varieties. The Perrault family enjoys growing new, innovative hop varieties from the soil up. The Citra hop is a high alpha acid hop with a strong, yet smooth floral and citrus aroma and flavor. It gives a strong hop kick while allowing a solid flavor profile to come out.
