It is her nickname her father gave her.” -Michal Frankowicz, Fort George Brewery Manager Added two 4lb peppermint candy canes into the mash, 50lbs of lactose and 50lbs of brown sugar in the kettle, plus 10lbs of cocoa nibs to the fermenter after the yeast is pulled.
