Description: Our Mutual Friend Brewery came out to Astoria last summer and helped brewed this stout that went into both Adelsheim Pinot Noir and Bull Run Whiskey barrels, and aged until Stout Month. The brewer David Coyne flew to Denver, CO to brew the same beer at Our Mutual Friend Brewery. They aged their batch in Deerhammer Whiskey Barrels. Our Mutual Friend Brewery will release their batch of The Deepest Darkest Fear on February 1st, 2018 at their brewery in Denver. Fort George will release its batch on February 28th, 2018 to end Stout Month. Both versions will be on tap at the Festival of Dark Arts. Stout Month comes in like a barrel aged stout, and goes out like a barrel aged stout. Warm, dark, and friendly.
