Description: Our take on the India Pale Lager (IPL) style is by fermenting an IPA style recipe but fermenting it very cleanly using yeast at a lower temperature. This gives us a kind of hybrid style which is wonderfully hoppy, in balance with the malt and gives a clean smooth finish.
