Description: Nearly two years after our first batch, we’re pleased to share our Bière de Garde once again. A true classic in the world of farmhouse ales it’s a style with many forms and interpretations. Like most, ours is defined by a profound malt presence and an extended period of aging/conditioning (a period of six months in an American oak foeder in our case). We get those classic raisin/fig flavors, some nuttiness and a pronounced acidity that doesn’t overwhelm or linger.
