Description: A hybrid of styles, blending the fruity yeast and wheat flavors of a German-style Hefeweizen, and the fruity hop flavors of an IPA. We even notched it up a bit to make this an Imperial strength beer. Devilishly strong at 7.9% abv Brewed with rich English Pale Ale malt and two varieties of malted wheat for a pronounced malty undertone. Hopped like an IPA through the boil with classic American hop varieties and later dry hopped after fermentation for a strong fruity hop character. Finally, fermented with our hefeweizen yeast, used in Winnebago Wheat, to deliver the unmistakable fruity banana and spicy clove notes particular to the yeast. The resulting beer is bold in flavor and character. Unlike most everything else we brew, but showing signs of a common thread with both our Winnebago Wheat and our IPAs
