Description: This beer had a rough start in life, it almost didn't make it. On brew day, the steam unit broke just before the boil start at 95°C, and the first half-batch had to be dumped. Thankfully, the spare parts arrived on the next day and the steam unit was repaired. We could brew the other half of the beer! Brain Drain is our first Double IPA, Double Dry-Hopped with Simcoe and a dash of Galaxy.
