Description: Since 2009, Screens ‘n’ Suds unites the art of beer and screen printing to raise money for charity. Fullsteam is proud to join their mission with Rabbit Eye, our contribution to their fourth-annual Small Batch Series. This labor of love is a collaboration between our brewers and local artist Ashley Phipps. Named for a variety of Southern blueberry, Rabbit Eye is a hop-forward rye IPA brewed with N.C. rye, N.C. blueberries, and a yeast typically used in wild-like fermentation. This is no ordinary fruit beer. Brewer's Notes: Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, blueberry, melon, and faint hints of bread crust and spice from the rye. The subtle tart and fruit character of the unique yeast amplify the character of the hops and blueberries.
