Description: It felt very spring-vibey to start our Funky Fellowship release with a special ‘In The Flowers’ that utilizes one of our absolute favorite 'yet to be named' hops right now. Like walking through a flower meadow, HBC 586 is bursting with a bouquet of blooming wild flowers accompanied by ripe, juicy fruit. Fermented with our 2022 Native Wild Yeast and malted barley & raw wheat from Mecca Grade, this is probably one of the more quintessential Saisons we’ve made to date, exuding every bit of what we desire in a Saison. Naturally can conditioned with our Native Wild Yeast.
