Description: Our attempt to make a dry Rosé. A very simple malt base fermented with wine and Belgian yeast. This ensures the beer is fruity, dry and well suited to highlight the flavors extracted from red wine barrels. Our Rosé is Fermented and Aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels and gains color and acidity from hibiscus flowers.
