Description: Our passion for India Pale Ales (IPA) drove us to creating this boss of a Double IPA (a.k.a.) DIPA. Our approach to this brew was to add pound after pound of Citra, Mosaic, and Simco hops. We dry hop this delightful DIPA like a mad scientist working night and day to stitch together Frankenstein. This brew is well-balanced with a strong malty backbone with a stone fruit hoppy finish. We made this bad boy with a lot of hops but it is remarkably balanced allowing even the modest of hops lover wanting more.
