Description: Blended Dymaxion #1 and Dymaxion #2. We took two of the barrels, filled one with a huge English-Style Barleywine and filled the other one with a Russian Imperial Stout. Being smaller barrels, they only took a little over a month to absorb all the flavors of sticky maple syrup and rich bourbon character. We then took the two beers and blended them together and allowed them to further condition on a stupid ammont of Vanila and Cocoa Nibs. We used Ugandan vanilla for the rich flavors of earthy milk chocolate, Tahitian vanilla for flavors of cherry-chocolate and licorice and Columbian Cocoa nibs for bold notes of creamy chocolate and a touch of nuttiness. Truly decadent, rich and one of a kind. Happy Birthday To Us!
