We used our Oatmeal Stout base that we traditionally use for our Coffee Oatmeal Stout and aged it in an American bourbon barrel inoculated with Brettanomyces and Pediococcus for 8 months. Originally brewed in January of 2014, this beer has been held back for almost three years, waiting for a special occasion!
