Description: We went over to the Goose Island Brewpub to brew a beer specifically to age in our 21 year old Willett barrels. This big, robust baltic porter is filled with the dark roasted malt and chocolate flavors one loves so much in a porter, with a crisp dry finish from the delicate lager yeast. That crispness leaves plenty of room for the bourbon barrel to shine through. Carbonated with nitrogen to give that perfect creamy consistency, this porter will leave a lasting impression.
