Description: We teamed up with our friends at Highland Hop Yard to brew this wet-hop Ontario pale ale. The Cascade and Chinook hops we picked the morning of the brew gave the beer its deep aromas of pineapple and stone fruit. Appearance: Deep gold Aroma: Pineapple, nectarine, mango and orange blossom Tasting Notes: Caramelized peaches and crusty bread Mouthfeel: Dry with an assertive bitterness.
