Description: Single hop DDH DIPA featuring the Australian hop Vic Secret. We're getting tons of passion fruit on the nose. The flavor is passionfruit with some pineapple and hints of peach and other stonefruits as well as a unique earthiness and a pleasant hop oil sensation on the tongue. These flavors remind us very much of Australian Galaxy, however Vic brings a unique and difficult to describe flavor profile that is similar to Galaxy yet unique at the same time.
