Light to medium body with medium carbonation, The Brewers IPA (Independent Pale Ale) tastes like swimming in a pool full of fresh Citra and Mosaic hops with Lackey acting as the lifeguard. Tropical fruit, candied orange and pineapple notes keep you raising your glass, which helps cheat your Fitbit. Very dry finish… as Drunk Polkaroo would say, “Crushable”. Brewed on the GLB 7bbl pilot system (a birthday present to ourselves) with our friends from Muskoka, Amsterdam, Steam Whistle, Beau's, Cheshire Valley, Big Rig, Sawdust City, Indie Ale House, Maclean's, Cameron's, Wellington and more.
