Description: Luminous is our ongoing series of Sour IPAs. The base beer is consistent, but the hops and adjuncts change each batch. #2 is made with Pilsner malt, milk sugar and malted oats. It was fermented with Lactobacillus and our house yeast strain, along with blood orange, and grapefruit. We dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Motueka, and conditioned the beer with vanilla. Enjoy!
