Description: As a parent, you get it! Yeah, you're tired all the time, and need another couple cups of coffee to get you through the day, but you wouldn't change it for the world, right? For all the times your little one(s) did more damage and destruction than you thought was humanly possible...this is for you! What about the beer? Well, we built this recipe with the coffee in mind, so we backed off on the heavily roasted malts to allow the coffee to play center stage. The color is more dark brown than black; a result of focusing less on the heavily roasted malts and more on creating a luscious chocolaty canvas for the coffee to play on. Conditioned on a blend of @portolacoffee Ethiopian and Columbian coffee, right away, the coffee jumps out of the glass with an aroma of fresh baked brownies, hot chocolate, and even a fruity kiss of blueberry thanks to the naturally processed coffee in the mix. The body is thick and chewy in this all malt, lactose-free monster of a stout. Enjoyed best in silence.
