Description: When our Pallys™ Darron & Sean from Siren came to town, we took those sweet sweet Brits to the best dive bar in town! As Country Music was sang, and whiskey was gulped, we put together our list of what ingredients would be added to this Siren-style Imperial Stout that we had brewed earlier that day. A couple months later, here we are! We didn’t use any extracts, but instead lovingly soaked each real ingredient into this one until just right (we even roasted every single pecan ourselves)! The result proudly shows each ingredient listed from sniff to sip, with the pecan aromatics coming together with the spice from the Amburana wood in the aromatics. The palate is rich and chocolatey, without being syrupy.
