Description: Half Done is the second in our single hopped pilsner series with each beer showcasing a different hop. For this beer we chose Hull Melon hops giving it notes of fruity melon, strawberry, and lemongrass with some sweet maltiness underneath. The mouthfeel is light with a slight bitterness up front transitioning to some malty sweetness then leaving you with a clean hop finish that lingers on the tongue making you want another sip.
