Description: Everyone's favorite palindrome is at Grimm! This dark brown beauty comes from the story of the poor miller's boy who spends a creepy amount of time as a servant to a cat that turns out to be a princess. This story doesn't have as dark a finish as most Grimm fairy tales do, so we thought it fitting to make the darkest part of the story be the beer itself. At first the smell of coffee and roast hit the senses full on but then the subtle sweetness of cocoa comes through the roast with hints of tobacco. The roast continues on the palate, then leads into a sweet maltiness of chocolate and finishing with notes of coffee awakening the senses.
