Description: Biere de Garde fermented in coveted pinot noir barrels from the napa valley. Biere de Garde is traditionally brewed in Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France. To honor the style's roots and nod to our American interpretations on classic styles, we sourced some outstanding pinot noir barrels from the Napa Valley to ferment this beer in. As craft beer is more traditionally aged in wine barrels than fermented, the name Indecent Proposal seemed particularly fitting. The result is a fantastic and complex beer bursting with wine character and finishing with oak & malt.
