Description: Brewed with 11 different malts and 6 different hop varieties, this Huge Russian Imperial Stout is a complex as they come. Big hop flavor and aroma that fades to clean malt with notes of chocolate, coffee, and roasty goodness. Then we aged this beer in freshly dumped Koval whiskey barrels to bring a smooth bourbon flavor with mellow oak tones. Raspberry added to the fermentation adds the perfect balance to the maltiness.
