Description: Oak Aged TOTALLY Farmhouse Sour Ale! This beer has been aging for a total of sixteen months and loaded with raspberries & hibiscus! We’ve taken our base Totally that’s been with us since the beginning and aged it in a couple of oak barrels. In addition to the oak, we also added a few different yeasts and bacteria to increase the brettanomyces characteristics and souring complexities. We then amplified it with even MORE raspberries and MORE hibiscus! The aromatics are straight raspberry heaven with a delicate vanilla backing. The flavour at first is full on raspberries. But with further enjoyment, it brings out many nuances; raspberry seeds, hibiscus, jam, cherry, currants, orange citrus, oak tannins, vinous wine and an earthy funk that dries out the palate.
