Description: Fresh zesty Grapefruit rind and piles of Pine needles. Super oily orange skin and subtle caramel flavours. Finishing with a lingering resinous bitterness. A flash back to 2009, the original Maximus IPA recipe before the good American hops ran out. Loads of mid boil hops for huge hop flavour and excessive bitterness. Then dry hops to within an inch of your life. A tribute to the good old days when IPAs were proper bitter.
