Description: A dessert beer to the core, our Raspberry Stout is truly a feat in decadence. Loads of chocolate malt, cocoa nibs and local, late season red raspberries from Agriberry CSA and Farm all contribute to what would best be described as a raspberry truffle in liquid form. We then take this beer on another journey through months of maturation in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. The resulting flavor is a smooth, rich dark chocolate, ripe red raspberry and delicate notes of vanilla and bourbon.
