Description: A Collaboration between two greats of the Yarra Valley, Four Pillars Distillery and Hargreaves Hill Brewing Company. This Gose/Berlinerweiss was soured and aged in Four Pillars Gin barrels just long enough for gin characteristics to take hold without too much Oak coming through. Additional botanicals were then added. Highly sessionable, yet intricate brew.
