Description: Feed the Cats is a recipe developed by our brewer Derrel Furutani. Feed the Cats is also a very important item on our closing checklist (the Cats are incredibly proactive if you’ve somehow overlooked this task). It’s our first attempt at combining the two worlds of mixed culture fermentation and hazy IPA’s. The soft, round palate of a hazy ipa works great with the tropical aromas of El Dorado and Motueka hops. This is even more enhanced by the fruity fermentation character of Saccharomyces Trois yeast and our house mixed cultures. The end result is a complex tropical mix of mango, papaya, and pineapple. Enjoy!!
