Description: The Peregrine is a double barrel aged imperial stout. The Peregrine is the final chapter of our original collaboration with Horus Aged Ales. This beer has been aged for 29 months. Across two barrelings (First aged for 19 months in St. George Whiskey Barrels followed by 10 months in Eagle Rare 10 yr barrels). With no adjuncts, this beer is just an extravagant display of barrel. Spirit-forward is an understatement, as this intense yet balanced beer lets the chocolate from imperial stout base shine with oak and bourbon notes into a melange of chocolate vanilla bourbon ice cream. Bourbon & beer lovers rejoice.
