Description: This beer grew out of a love for iced, black coffee. We wanted to capture both the jolt of freshness and the deep, dark flavors that somehow seem appropriate for summer. The base of the beer focuses on clean roast flavors to provide a platform for coffee from Trystero. The beans for this batch are Columbia. What we ended up with is a nice clean, soft roast that is both pungent and delicate at the same time.
